At SimpliciB, I’m on a mission to change how people think about food. I design interactive workshops to empower individuals to make healthier food choices that benefit both body and mind. My popular "Food and Mood" workshop, for instance, reveals the link between diet and mental well-being, helping participants make simple, sustainable changes for better energy and mood.


Unlike standard cooking classes, my workshops encourage exploration over replication, allowing you to taste, try, and decide what works best for you. With over 15 years in organisational improvement, I’ve crafted these sessions to be hands-on and engaging, ideal for both personal growth and corporate wellness programs. With rising food costs and growing health concerns, SimpliciB workshops offer a unique, practical approach to food education.
